Please solve my query. Suppose A SON OF B(mother) c (Father ) which was died last five years ago. after that B(mother) has also died & property doc & currents assests like N.SC FD, MIS only mother name
A(SON) has no nominee & joint name his mother(B) property.& current assets & no ration Card .voter id card only 10th certificate which wrote only ( A) father name( c)
So i wnt to know how A (SON) CLAIM FOR HIS MOTHER(B) PROPERITY &CURRENT ASSETS .
Although (A) son has no succation certificate. How can get claim Please advice .
