How can crpc be executed from an uncooperative NRI spouse ?

Do you really think spreading your queries in different forms will give you different solutions?  And I see one memer continously replying to your queries which keep on changing!

For starters,

Have you not heard the word Advocate?  Hire one locally.  That will be of immense help to you than opening so many threads here.  If you have already one, what is his opinion in this regard?  If he has already suggested you something, what is it? If it is wrong advise, I can provide you correct advise.
