How can we find the fake fir?? i have a sec ipc 420 and 417

I hope this is Fake Case, My Incident Happen in Out of India (Some Other Country). Some one filed ,Online Police Complaint on me, Is it Acceptable ?? Now Case is Filed in My home town Police station. Like this it is Fake case or Original Case??? Please help to me Thank you

Section 188(a) of the CrPC clearly lays down that if a citizen of India commits a crime outside of India, "he may be dealt with in respect of such offence as if it had been committed at any pleace within India at which he may be found." So the case is valid, technically.

Thank you Raveena, But Right now Who filed the case on me they are not in India, and also ,Am also me. So Is there any chances case can be Close??? If case is in Pending stage, Is there any problem?? Thank you

Well, when (and if) you're served with a notice by the police to appear in the police station (or wherever the notice states,) please note to comply with it. If at any time you fail to comply with the terms of the notice, the police may arrest you. Most likely you'll have to pay some fine by the end.
