How do i get possession of my property?

I am NRI. My property was illegally possessed by my cousins while I was abroad. The police have registered an F.I.R against my cousins under various sections including 447, 448 Ipc. My cousins are now absconding from police. My cousins wives are still illegally occupying our property. How can I get them out legally? Thank you for your time.

When you registered FIR. diclose it.?

.what type of your property. plot OR residence?-disclose

Have you ask them for look after the said property.?

provide details so that perfect solution may furnish to you.

First step-- File a civil suit against your cousan regarding get the passiosion on said property. Get the parmanent exemption from personal appearance in court- your lawyer will appear in court on behalf of you. You have to come at the time of evidence.

charged section by police are normal-

447 IPC- 3 month impriosonment OR fine only OR both.

448 IPC 1 yrs impriosonment or Fine Or Both.

Add the name of your cousan 's wife in FIR.
