How is rcr (sec 9) by my wife gng to affect my divorce case

My wife has filed false DV case and a criminal complaint under 156 (3) against me and my family. After this act of her i have filed Divorce case. She has further filed RCR. How will RCR affect my divorce case?

What is her intention by first filing DV and 156 (3) and now RCR. She has also claimed right of residence and got an interim order for the same.

She is from a Lawyer family (her sister and brother in law are lawyers). I am fightihg on facts where in she has all fabricated and false grounds..

She is not taking summons for Divorce case.

What is the way fwd for me..please suggest. Cases are in Ghaziabad court.

She seems to have an edge here having lawyers surrounding her...According to me she filed a DV to allege violence then 156 to show that she believes in investigation...She filed RCR, which will give her an edge on maintenance amount....She may be upto a 498a too...

Shivam, I would suggest you to get in touch with a good lawyer Via Reference to strategies this for you....

You need to apply for Notice Dasti ( By hand)

If it fails then you gotta go for Public Notification....

Sneak in your Personal message link (PM)...

Regards...
