How long does it take in fasttrack court for rcr appeal

I am also undergoing a divorce case wanted to understand what is a fast track court. I have filed 3 petitions since Nov 2013. 2 are interim and 3rd is for divorce. But nothing seems to move. My husband continues to harass me and my son. I want to know when can A case move to fast track court from family court. Also post 2 counseling's how much time & what are the stages that the family court follows. Please help if you are aware of the stages

some take 6 months and it may prolong till one year
