Hi i got married on July 3 as per Christian custom, I lived with my husband for three days, after that he went for some training. Now i came to know that he was in live in relationship with one girl from past years,now that girl gave a complaint in police as per that they enquired and remanded him on June27,He too bail and did this marriage, Iwant to get Divorce from him,How long will it take and what is the procedure,what is the maximum punishmaent law can able to give him?
Is there any one who can help me with this case, after getting engaged also he was living with that girl.now he is not ready to accept that girl also ,that is why she gave complaint. He was talking continuosly to her parents saying that he ll marry her soon,with out their knowledge he got married to me on3 July'2011. He din't inform us anything even though am his uncles daughetr....... I need to get divorce only for living three days with him or what.... we think he is a fraud , Is he punishable...Please replay and help me

Hi thanks for giving answer.....I would like to knw whether the other girl will be his legal wife once if i get divorce from him, because she wanted to go on with this case,untill he accepts her. She was in live in relationship with him for 5 years.If he is not accepting her what ll be the charge for him.
