How many times ?

Interim Maintenance under S 24 HMA seems to be priviledge.

Is wife entitle to file application for interim maintenance under S 24 HMA, if she files Appeal against order under S 13(1)(a)?

Is it maintanable when she is able body, wel educated and has ability to earn and had not submitted to vouch the efforts put in to earn?

Yes she can get maintenance if the case is pending.

but once the main case is decided; appeal is not a main case. that means the process will not end; where will it end up
