S. 498a IPC - Punishment—Imprisonment for 3 years and fine‑Cognizable if information relating to the commission of the offence is given to an officer in charge of a police station by the person aggrieved by the offence or by any person related to her by blood, marriage or adoption or if there is no such relative, by any public servant belonging to such class or category as may be notified by the State Government in this behalf—Non-bailable—Triable by Magistrate of the first class—Non-compoundable.
PWDV Act, 2005 - S. 31.- Penalty for breach of protection order by respondent : (1) A breach of protection order, or of an interim protection order, by the respondent shall be an offence under this Act and shall be punishable with imprisonment of either descripttion for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees, or with both.
S. 494 IPC (Bigamy) - Punishment — Imprisonment for 7 years and fine—Non-cognizable—Bailable—Triable by Magistrate of the first class—Compoundable by the husband or wife of the person so marrying with the permission of the court.

I think your query is for Girl side..
Why you choose long route to divorce ultimately by filling 498a,DV,494, why you want to waste the precious time & youth of that girl.Litigation is not a good idea.
Just take divorce get alimony,enjoy the life..

to get alimony is also not easy to get alimony also one needs to fight the case legally
