How to add legal hair

We have ancestral property at Nagpur, Maharashtra. The area is around 2500 Sq Feet and cost is around 1 Crore rupees. The property was purchased by my grandfather

Currently the property card has following three names

1. My father

2. My elder uncle

3. My younger uncle

My elder uncle and father passed away. We want to add legal hairs' name on the property card. Please let me know what is the procedure for doing that. How much it will cost?

Hi,

U give application with attach a death certificate of your father, one afidevit for we/you are legal hairs' of your father and attach your I.D Proof then enter your name in government records.

Note :- your sisters and brothers sign in application and all I.D.Proof attach with application.
