WIFE FILED CASE AGAINST HER IN LAW U/S 498A ETC IN 2007 IN DELHI AND PENDING IN THE COURT. THE INLAWS FILED COUNTER CASE/FICTITIOUS/FALSE CASE IN DISTT OF UTTAR PARDESH (APPROX 250 KMS FROM DELHI) IN 2009 U/S 323,324,452 ETC BY MAKING COMPLAINT CASE U/S 156(3).
HOW THE CONTENTS OF COMPLAINT CASE (APPARENTLY FALSE CASE) BE JOINED IN 498A CASE SO THAT THE CASE OF WIFE CAN BE FURTHER STRENTHENED BY EXPOSING THE HUSBAND SIDE.

As you have the liberty to file the case against them,the same they also have .
You want to strenthened your case with the help of the case filed by them .There is only one way to do so and that is that you proove that case fale and enclosed the order with 498A .But it will take a very long time .So the shortcut is that you approach to the high court u/s482 Cr.p.c. and there you pray for quashing the FIR with the evidendences you have to proove that case false and that order you enclosed there with your case of 498A .No any other way you have .
