How to add wife's name to property

Hello, I own a property in maharashtra, I have bought 2 houses, now I want to add my wife's name to the title so that she can get tax benefit from it. Can anyone guide me on the same? Are there any pros and cons of it too?

You can make gift portion of property to your wife.

Thank you for your reply @ Mr. Srivastav, the reason I would like to put her name in tht title is so that she can get tax benefit. Do you suggest that me adding her name will help her get the tax benefit?
