hi i have cleared my llb(hons) now i want to apply for sanad to practise in HC which is in my city where i live so is it mandatory to clear AIBE or i can simply apply for enrolment in local bar councle.

You first apply for enrolment as an advocate with the respective bar council and after that you will be required to comlete the AIBE within two years of enrolment
