How to change advocate without noc

In my last hearing my advocate was not present and his sub advocate stood blank without putting up any argument I personally spoke and somehow got the status quo this is case for Pagadi Rent.

I had paid advocate lot of money as advance on his verbal promise he will get Injunction and i can peacefully reside in my house.

I want to change my advocate iam sure he will not give me a NOC is his NOC compulsory?

I know about Bar councel but i do not want to approach them and compllicate the situation.

If you do not have trust in your advocate you can give notice saying that you want to withdraw him. Thereafter you can produce the notice before the court and the court will allow your withdrawal and record in the order sheet.
