Hi All,
I want ot know a how to check the status of a Civil Courts Stay Order given on a land.
I have a number saying OS No 357/04 dated 06/11/2007.
Could anyone tell me how to check what is the current status of the above mentioned Stay Order.
Or where should I approach to get the detals of such Stay Order.
Appreciate your help.

it is very difficult to say unless u give the court name and place.

Its Bangalore Urban Civil Court. Taluk -Anekal , Jigani - Hobli..

you can go to the copying section of the civil court and apply for a copy of the order " OS No 357/04 dated 06/11/2007."
You will have to pay the stamp value depending on the number of pages.

It is a simple process as Court orders are public. You just have to apply at the Court and will be given a certified copy on payment of a nominal amount/charges.
