Background: I won the 498A case few years ago. Now, I have won the contested divorce on grounds of adultery and cruelty. Have joint savings bank accounts along with joint bank locker. Note that my ex-wife had operated the bank locker immediately after filing the 498a FIR.
Questions:
- What is the process to close and settle the joint bank accounts
- What is the process to ask the bank to open the bank locker in front of bank officials or video record during opening.
- If I need to file civil case for the above, any idea on the duration to get the order or the process that is involved
Note: my divorce lawyer had told me that will need to file separate case for settling joint bank a/c and to open bank locker.
