I have a 260 guntha of agriculture land obtained through kul kayda in Khed taluka, Pune, Maharashtra. We are 4 brothers having equal share of the said land. I wish to sell a part of land (30 guntha) from my name.
1) How much will it cost me to convert the land from class 2 to class 1?
2) Can the land be divided into 4 equal parts and separate 7/12 created?
