Hello, we rented out our apartment to a couple in last August for 11 month contract. This couple is involved in illegal activities that we came to know later. When we asked to vacat the apartment then they filed a case against us in court and court told us to not dispossess them before contract expires. Now this couple is involved into extraction of money from owners for vacating a flat. And they did this in the past that we came to know later. This guy is also demanding money from us. He said if we dont give his required money he will never vacat house. What to do in this case?
