Thank you very much sir,

i mentioned about dowry from the begining . Never wants to indulge in false fight with it.THe boys family is in finalcial crunch situation, tortured girl physically.ONly have a dr prescripttion advising burn case, mental torture they had given to girl with no proof. Forcing her to start job, boys poor living style with nothing in his house nott even a bed or utensil to eat.all these even after giving all the demands including 3lakh before marriage indicates only dowry case.we will not gain anything from it but may set an examples for others.

regarding boy's impotency he had admitted in front of his wife that I had problems and repeatedly failed to carry about intercourse signifies something not ok, may be wrong but details ca be known only after medical examination.how Tao handle this critical situation?

defamation case with compensation is not the target. Wants to explore if they do what should our stand?may be it will push them for mcd.

I want an expert advice from all lawyers regarding a dowry matter related to my sister.She was married on may and after returning to her husband's workplace , she was undergone severe mental torture and physical assault after 25days. During the course of time, it was known that the boy is not physicallyfit to convince, he admitted to his wife After knowing all this,she was taken back to her parental home. After this boy's family are blaming the character of the girl. Girls family wants to talk to the boy regarding the same but boy's family are reluctant to bring the boy to talk. My question is girl's family wants mutual divorce .how to proceed?????To get a solution without much hassles and troubles. Quick and easy method...thanks in advance

I think filling a false case of dowry against the husband is not advisible and if you have given a dowry of 3 lakh before marriage on the demand of the husband family then you are equally responsible for her misery...as per DP act dowry giving is also a crime.

Secondly a divorce cannot be filled withing one year of marriage without a special leave.But if the husband was aware of this before marriage then your sister is entiteled for alimiini.But this allegation has to be proved with documantary evidence otherwise it can cause problem for you on a later stage.

We are not interested in court case and false testimony. We tried to contact boy with his family for smooth separation, however they are not cooperating. During 25days stay with her husband the girl suffers a lot including physical abuse and intentionally touching hot utensil resulting hand wound and forcefully stopping her to tell about all to her family.threatens to divorce, mental torture for not giving many things as dowry... After 4 days taken to consult a skin specialist when the wound already healed,that prescripttion iswith us in which doctor prescribed skin ointment and medicines. The boys family is facing huge financial crisis, one of their family members galloped huge public money and absconding and the family is trying to repay the amount so that no one will file any cases against them.Alll the past incidents indicates they tried to extract some money to deal with this situations..As per DP ACT Will it be considered as dowry case or not?????

as per Hma u/s 12 a girl is eligible for compensation provided that boy isaware about impotency before marriage, how can a boy testify that yes I know it when he is liable to give compensation????.is is possible for any man to admit! Secondly court will also check whether it is curable o not? The whole process is lengthy and complicated.

Considering all the criticality associated with the case I am seeking a advices from the experts in this field how to proceed??IS it possible to file for MCD within one year if the boy is agreed ??If not what are the possibilities?
