How to file 200 crpc against a protection officer

You have not mentioned that what was the violation of the law or procedural law that the protection officer committed?

The incident is reported to have taken place around 7 years ago but why the aggrieved person has not taken legal action against the illegal act of the protection officer till this date?

What is the opinion of your own advocate?

If it was your mother's self acquired property she could have approached civil court with a suit for ejectment to eject her from the self acquired property, why she didn't do that?

Dear Sir,

the trial court passed dvc order on 02-05-2017  and the petitioner approached the protection officer seeking legal aid for the execution of the trial court order through a representation. On the basis of mere representation, protection officer directed DSP to execute the order.

The protection officer didn't have any manner of right and power to execute any court order directed police to execute the trial court order, and police trespassed into my mother's self-acquired property and inducted the petitioner into my mother's self-acquired property.

So the provision of law for the execution of the orders by a trial court is not followed and police and protection officer illegally acted, with high handed support of police, petitioners in the dvc are inducted into the property of my mother and thereafter my parents are necked out of the property and since 2017, my parents never able to reach home, and when ever my parents approached to the proeprty, police filed false cases.

So filing case against protection officer possible or not?
