How to file execution to recover arrears of amount u/s 24

Well now the question is about how to recover the arrears of maintenance amount for which the provision is by filing an execution petition to execute the order of the court, instead some people are unnecessarily wasting their time on how, why what and when etc. The court has already passed an order on her application, it means now she has to be advised about next step and not to postmortem the court's decision.
