Casn any body give full guidance for filing of ( E filing ) from start to end with Affidavit and documentary evidences Before Hon. Supreme Court of India in the matter of Companies Act 291 of the Companies Act where illegal process adopted and also fraud was on record of Hon. High Court of Gujarat and Granted Amalgamation long back. An appeal for condone delay primarily was dismissed . Though Hon . High Court has got the Jurisdiction to grant delay primarily and then decide the matter on merits.
