I have the copy of registered GPA (15 years old).
Now the GPA holder claims that the original owner of property has withdrawn the GPA and he is no more the GPA holder, how can I verify if the GPA is actually withdrawn?

1. Ask the GPA holder to produce the GPA cancel /withdraw notice by original owner.
2. Ask the GPA holder to give Affidavit, that GPA has been withdrawn by original owner.
