Respect experts,
Ex wife has filed a maintenance case in the Family Court under CrPC 125. She is highly wualified and working in a reputed school..
However, she has lied in her prtition to be earning a nomonal salary which is false .Her salary is far more than what she has mentioned.
I need to get her salary details from the school authority..
I shall be extremely grateful if you could let me know the procedure to get her salary details.

If you have details ,your lawyer can file summon to witnesses and school authority will be bringing the details to court.

1) Ask ur lawyer to convince the court to summon school records to show the salary paid to ur wife.
2) If possible try to ascertain the details in advance and produce before the court.
