She filed DV case aganist me and parents and brothers after 5 years it is dismissed in that itself she included dowry haressment, attempt to murder,beaten,illigal relationship ...etc even appeal also dismissed i have proved every thing his false,Judge clearly writen she is not proved any of her statement.
Now I have applied divorce based on above judgement desertation more then 5 years,but now she is not ready give divorce.
In police station court.By realiseing how much pain i have taken i am not in a position to accept her.
Her maintance case 5k orderd by lower court i have taken stay in HC.
Now how to speed up my divorce case any ipc section is their to speed the process of divorce cases.
