How to get Document for Exe 4

Dear Sir,

I don't know that under which section we can got the document for a case from the plaintifs , please advise me under which section we file an application in the court and the court ordered for submissing a document to the plaintifs

u can file a application u r 11 order 14 of cpc for producing the documents

better resort to Discovery of docs under order XI Rule 12. If the plaintiff do not comply, resort to O.XI, R.21 and get his Plaint dismissed. It is a very powerful tool.

(O.XI R. 14 is only for the court to resort to)
