I am elder daughter of my family. i have two brothers. my father expired some years before. My brothers got death certificate and succession certificate. i need that succession certificate copy. but my brothers refused to give. how can i get that copy? please help

U can get copy by applying certified copy in the court through your Advocate.

Sir, it is legalheirship certificate got from tashildar office.

first you verify that you are one of the petitioner in that succession certificate are not.

Sir actually the legalheirship certificate is got from Tashildar, Tamilnadu state. i dont know the issued certifcate number or photocopy.
What i have is my Father's death certificate. Please tell me what are all needed to get the copy of issued legalheirship certificate.
