How to get mutation entries of 30 years

1. In response to your querry, I am of the opinion that, You can get mutation entries for 30 years from the concerned Tehsildar office. Mostly, these records are maintained by the Talathis. But, in a recent times, talathi offices does not maintain records upto 30 years. They are maintaining records for the 10-15 years. Whereas for the latest 7/12 extract you can approach the Talathi office, whereby you can demand 8-A form wherein all the records pertaining to earlier owners and then the chain of title is mentioned. Also, due to failure of updating of revenue records on internet, your name might be not appearing on your 7/12 extract.

2. For zone certificate, you have to approach town planning office with application mentioning thereunder your respective survey no. Upon payment of necessary fee, the TP office will issue zone certificate to you in due course of time.
