how to get mutual divorce?

My wife stayed only for 7 months in parts within 1.5 years of marriage with me.
Now she is doing job in different city without asking me.
There is no communication between us.

I feel if she is not living with me and happy by living alone and doing job then there is no relevance of marriage.

Therefore how I can get divorce with mutual consent without paying any alimony as she is earning and I don't want to give her any money as she is very irresponsible and chaotic person.

if I file divorce petition then can I get divorce without paying alimony as she left me and doing job in another city?

For mutual consent divorce she has to agree for filing the petition for divorce on the grounds of mutual consent.

If she is not willing or cooperating for mutual consent divorce you may plan tio file a contested divorce on the grounds of cruelty.

The maintenance and alimony is not automatic along with the bdivorce petition, she has to file the petition seeking maintnance separately, which can be challenged on merits and get it dismissed beause she is employed and earning a handsome salary.

in mutual consent divorce how much time it takes to get divorce?

Mutual divorce is decreed in much less time than in contested one. If you filed for divorce she will certainly make it harsh for you, better to settle with her first and motivate her to for mutual divorce , you should reach to an agreement for every lose end before filing in court.

The facts posted does not reveal that the wife has consented for the divorce. Consent is the primary requirement. Other aspects are secondary.
