Dear Sir/Madam,
I have registered property with clear title which includes house number as well. It is residential property and verified in Municipality about house number. It’s under my name only.
Now some folks are claiming it is belong to the ancestors land without any proof of documents. They filed a case not submitting any proof of documents and they filed Original Suite in Court against my previous seller (from who we purchased property)
How to defend them. Since they filed the case, we are in trouble while selling the property. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
