How to get vacation of govt accomodation from a terminated g

Respected Lawyers

we work in a centre govt institute  and two of our employees under probation have been terminated from the institute after which they filed case in CAT but lost it. then they went to High Court from where so far no decision as come  since more than 1 1/2 years. and despite of the repeated reminder the terminated employees are not vacating the govt accomodation and when the police was approached in this regard they showed there helplessness. now what option is left with the institute to solve this problem..... please guide us.

Some officer may have been notified as Estates Officer under Public Premises (Eviction of unauthorised Occupant) Act If not then notify now.

The said officer will issue notice under the act and after hearing them will pass quasi -judicial order. Then police is bound to help. Any way your staff can throw the belongings out and seal the house
