How to manage kidnapping case if her family wants to manage

hmlog ne bhaag kar shadi ki jiske karan ladki ke family ne kidnapping case file kar diya tha but ab wo log iss shadi ko except kr liye h aur case manage karna chahte hai aur hmlog v court marriage karna chahte h kaise hoga please suggest me.7488451044

the girl has to give written application stating the fact that she has married with will and not kidnapoed by anybody and girl has to show her majority documents to police.
