How to present yours case as party in person

How I can present my case as party in person to high court on jurisdiction issue? The other party has created the jurisdiction by showing a false incidence on a public holiday. The lower court denied for jurisdiction.

Please show steps of putting up my request (formal procedure).

It seems that you wish to get the case quashed based on lack of territorial jurisdiction, whereas the complainant has tried to show the jurisdiction by showing one false allegation.

In this case, you should be well versed with the judgments on territorial jurisdiction etc., you should be lil bit of sure of the process etc. If you have confidence, go ahead as party in person.
