The report dated-02/03/2016 attached on Jansunwai portal of government of Uttar Pradesh by D.P.R.O. Mirzapur ,Balesh Dhar Dwivedi is the reflection of sheer anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in the government of Uttar Pradesh.

Now it has been proved that senior rank officers in the state are either incompetent or acting in caucus with the district level officers. How rampant corruption in the government machinery will be curbed if such mal-practices will remain continued in the practice and senior rank officers in the state will overlook?

2-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that please take a glance of the attached image which is letter of D.P.R.O. Mirzapur, Mr Balesh Dhar Dwivedi dated-02/03/2016 addressed to Mr.Yogendra Kumar Singh (Yogi) ,Village-Ramaando ,Post-Bhatraul ,Tahsil -Chakiya District-Chandauli. This portal is one of the achievements of our youth chief minister Mr. Akhilesh Yadav and portal is directly monitored by chief minister secretariat . Whether this is not cryptic dealing that report which was to be made available to your applicant was sent Chandauli district on aforesaid address. How chief minister office ,government of Uttar Pradesh accepted such irrelevant and sheer misleading report? Whether this is not reflection of tacit understanding between chief minister office and D.P.R.O. Mirzapur like officers.
3-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that act of D.P.R.O. Mirzapur is mockery of state government machinery which indicates that state machinery is failed completely. This is not human error but hatched conspiracy to set wrongdoers who siphoned huge public fund scot free. How long a public functionary can mislead citizenry? Whether public staffs as expert cheaters can be tolerated. Think about the gravity of situation that entire contents of raised grievances were replaced by concocted story.
This is humble request of your appellant to you Hon'ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your appellant shall ever pray you Hon'ble Sir.
