How to save maintenance to wife u/s125

my wife filled false dowry complaint in women cell after we both compromise to live together but she not came.i filled HMA sec 9 & decree in my favour but now she not came.she filled sec 125 maintenance.(FIR 498A & DV not done) & we don't have any child also she is house wife.

me and my wife live together total 12 month.dec 2017 to dec 2018,she was suffered T.B. disease from jun 2018 to dec 2018 I have done her treatment completely.

**both separate from- 22/12/2018
(her father took her from my home and said that they send her daughter after 2 month)

**she filled false dowry & cruelty complaint in women cell on 3/3/2019.
**I filled HMA sec 9 on 08/3/2019.
** In women cell compromise done between us both to live together after her BA exam(from 24/05/19).
** when I gone to bring her after her exam 24/05/she not came and said I will be come after HMA 9 order.
**On 06/07/2019 she said to judge she want stay with me.
**according to judge HMA 9 decree will be pass on this 13 july lok adalat.
**but on 9/7/2019 she send a notice for maintenance u/s 125

how can I save maintenance to wife(FIR 498A and DV not file against me)
