Hi, I am from Delhi, I have property purchased by me, & its power of Attorney is in my name but Agreement to sell is with my wife name.
But she already expired and i have five childerns and want to distribute the whole property with them through sale of such property.
But my one son not interest to sale and even not interested to distribute the share to his sisters.
As the property is not registered till date and We have power of Attorney.
Please Advice whether i can sell the same without my son intervention, or what the procedure to be followed for the same.
