We have a Agreeculture land (telangana) came from ancestor property. Which was not legally partitioned with exact boundaries. But we have two seperate patta passbooks with my uncle & dad names. Tilll 2017, whenever we are selling doing it together. Last year My Uncle sold many road side plots/land with out our permission & knowledge. And also gave it for a lease/sold to petrol bunk outlet (with partnership). Since we have equal rights on land and on road side plots, how we can counter this and fight legally and stop or demolish the petrol bunk which is under construction.
My uncle managed local parties and got all the required permissions from publich service athorities, showing it as the land proposed for petrol bunk belongs to him and from his patta pass book.
What is the remedy to get rid of this situation and teach him a lesson and we get our property share legally?
