HRA in suspension

In private sector the suspension allowance is payable according to conditions of service reduced in writing at the time of employment. In the absence of any rules in this respect, an employee is entitled to full salary including allowances.

In Govt it cannot be reduced.  You ar ein PSU you consut your HRA rules.  In case your HQ during suspension is changed from lesser classed city you cannot claim HRA for old place.
