I want to buy a HUF property . The property was initially allotted to one HUF with members being wife and co-parceners being two daughters and a son . No registration for the property was done . Later after the demice of the father the allottment was transferred in the name of son HUF and was also registered in his name .Prior to registration an NOC regarding transfer of karta was made by the mother nd two sisters . The present HUF of the son has three member wife and two minor childs . My questions are as follows
1. As the property is registered in the name of sons HUF do his mother ad sister have any claim on the property
2. The son being the sole male member of the father HUF still remains the karta but since the property is registered in the sons HUF do the co-parceners of the fathers HUF have any right on the property
3. The owner now lives in USA but will come for the execution of deal
4. Suggest me the documents which are a must to ward of any future letigation
5. HDFC bank is financing the loan and have asked for the following documents and have given a provisional clearance 1. CA certificate wrt HUF (provided)
2. IT Return of HUF
3. Copy of PAN Card of HUF
4. Address proof of HUF
5. Affidavit and Indemnity Bond of KARTA
6. Affidavit of Member
7. Affidavit/s of Minor member of HUF
