I was a divorcee got married to another divorced guy in 2010 but this guy came out to be a fraud. He has a habit of changing dates on photos of marriage n shows that vedic ceremony happened before the decree of the divorce of the woman n gets rid of her. Marriage cert shows proper dates after decree but photos show diff date. Which is bigger evidence and can he cancel the marriage cert basis fake marriage ceremony Photos?

1. Marriage Certificate is proof of marriage and not marriage photos in instance facts.
2. Moreover as per Evidence Act photos authenticity needs to be proved before admission of such photos as material records to seek divorce.
3. Suggested to write clear brief to seek remedy from Law.
