You should be young, better find new partner and remarry.

Remarriage won't take away your rights.
Try to get some employment or be self employed.
Try amicable settlement. If it happens nothing like it.
However before signing an any papers now consult at least elders of the family.
If amicable settlement is not possible then court of law is the recourse.
Become a party in MACT case.
It is upto you to pursue any recourse that is suitable to you.

Ask any lawyer, DBA official, court staff etc etc .
