I got married in august 2001. Presently my husband is in Kuwait. He had a second marriage without my knowledge in Sept 2009. And took her to Kuwait in family visa fr 3 months. Later he applied fr family visa. But due to some medical issue she was unable to fly over there to Kuwait
Now i hv filed a case against my husband. Now am in need of marriage certificate of them.
Could anybody suggest me to get in thru RTI as early as possible.

Sorry sir its not 498(a), its 489 (a).No sir, filed only after his secind marriage.
he got married in 2009. I filed case only on 16-10-2012
