Husband Rejjected Summons Sent by DV office

Hi Homos*xual husband denied to attend the dates given by Domestic Violence Office. Moreover he filed a case asking for Divorce against my sister in Bandra family court(Mumbai). We have put DV Case from  our Native place and we also filled petition for interim maintenance at our native place .

Now can we  register 498A at mumbai where he stays.

if he refuse to receive summon, you can seek permission of court to serve through police.

 

you can file where complaint u/s 498 (A) at place where the offence of cruelty or harrassment is committed.

If he intentionally refused tom acknowledge the summon inform the court of the same and served substitute notice as provided in Prder 5 rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code for advertisement in daily news[paper,
