"... and taking part in your own discussion" Ha Ha... Uma. @Sarvesh Ji, By the speed at which you are posting, I think you should be preparing the words for your next "ban related post",,,,, with a motto like NEVER SAY DIE

Answers these

Q. 1)  If a dump goes to a shop. How will he ask for "tooth brush "???

Q2) If a blind goes to a  shop, how will he asks for specs ?
"

Answers: The Blind will and can "ask" for a specs in the regular way.

But the dump will have problems in searching for a tongue & vocal cords, if found, he also will have to learn a language before he can execute his asking. Hope he also finds some teeths while searching for a tongue, so to ask for a toothbrush.

A dumb person has a language as effective as verbal language: sign language. It is the insensitivity of our education that we are not well versed with the basics of sign language to communicate with a dumb person.

By the way what is dump? Is it a normal spelling error confusing dumb with dump????

A correction: read our education system instead of your education. Error regretted.

wow , a lot of minded persons are available here at LCI. they replied my question. Thinking they are GENIOUS . & give full illustration also.

OK tell me ,,

"What a blind do with specs ?  HE NEED GOGGLES.

HA HA HA
"

Pardon please.

You didn't insert the references in the First Question that the BLIND was asking a spec for HIMSELF. A blind could be also buying Specs for his wife, father, son etc. :)

Hence, GOGGLES as a answer is NOT even a faint option, against the demand of the question.
