I have resigned from csc but my hr is harassing me

In your case the facts and record point out that although you have resigned and trained the replacement Employee Company is quoting its internal policies and imposing a decision to declare you absconding. The emails in your file shall help you.

Represent to the good offices by a letter/notice (which you can also send) and describe the facts and conclude that you are being unnecessarily harassed and bad reference check in future is being flaunted at you and this is creating terror/fear in your mind as this step of the company is aimed at rendering your education/experience worthless and you shall not be able to earn your livelihood. Request the good offices to correct the wrongdoing of its subordinate offices and supply you the acceptance of resignation, work experience/service certificate, relieving letter with good comments in line with your performance, settlement of your FNF a/c and disbursement of payment and assurance that no bad reference/BG check shall be caused by the company against you. You may mention that you are expecting a relief from good offices in writing to be supplied to you say within next 7 days by redg. post before you seek legal advice and approach lawful authority for reddressal of your grievances.

If the good offices do not grant any relief then you may approach a competent and experienced service lawyer, o/o Labor Commissioner, wages inspector.

I know what you are saying is absolutely correct , CSC management is one of the bad management and this HR Manisha anand is worse amoung them ...she is a HR and is responsible for the employee company relations , but it seems that she is not doing her duty well and only doing the things which is benificial to the managers and Top managers and in that employers are suffering .

I would like to tell u about my friend , who was in GIES and has to resign forcefully because of bad HR policies and politics in csc management ,While he was resigning , he was told by Manisha Anand  that company will waveoff his notice period but in his full and final setellment , he was asked to pay 2 months salary to the company , When he contacted Manisha , she clearly refused that she had ever said that his notice period will be waved off.

Tarun , you should not go down with manisha rely and please make sure you make a legal compaint for this and after the settlement of your issue , do raise a legal complaint against Manisha , she has no rights to play with the employees situations. if needed we will help you in filing compalin against her .

No law in India give her rights to play with employees current situations , and no law in india has given rights to MNC in india to force the employee to serve the notice period even bond system is not legal in india
