I lost my ration card before 5 years how can i get new one??

if you have a copy of your old ration card kindly take the same before the rationing office and ask them for issuing the dupictae copy by paying a prescribed fee and submit the necessary documents as asked by them.

sir, we lost my ration card before 18 years back, when my father in law's death,unfortunately we dont have any proof of xerox copy or ration card no etc., now we are settled  in chennai for 15 years, we have voter id, pad card, aadhar card. so many times i am going to ration office, they are not help me, can u please help me this issue. how to  get new ration card. any suggestions please.
