Dear All
My wife has left our matrimonial home 6 months back with 2.5 years kid of ours. She is not in contact with me or any one in my circle. i am totally unaware of whats going on that side. last we spoke was 2 months back on phone, where she clearly stated. i wont come and live with you, wont file for a divorce and if u file i'll make it the effort as ur last nail in your own coffin.
Now since she has already decided to screw my life by not living with me not letting me to even speak to the child and in her own words....i'll make your life impossible to live if u file divorce.
What should be done in these curcumstances when a woman is ready to fight against divorce and not even willing to stay together.
Pls help in this case, what all i could face and how long/how much she can tourcer me while the divorce proceedings
