i want some clarification regarding changing jobs in gov

Hi i will briefly try to explain my question here it goes. I am currently under government job with five years bond with my PRAN no generated.And i am not satisfied with my current job i want to change my job for sure.But my current employer does not give NOC to join other government job neither they accept resignation. So what i am planning is i am applying as a fresher to all the jobs. I am not informing about my current job and after my selection i want to resign on health grounds . so my doubt here is if my new employer gets to know about my previous employement through PRAN NO then what will happene to my new job because i have informed them i am a fresher while applying . the thing here is i don't want any benefits from my current job i just want a way to secure my new job because i am solely dependent on job.Due to my above doubt s and lack of knowledge of law i lost one nice government job which was selected this year itself. So please help me waiting for your response

Mr Kadam, hiding any material information from future employers cheating, but as you do not want any benefit from this present job, it should be okay. You can explain them later, if asked. As fresher they will not give you any enhanced pay, so it is not cheating in technical way. I think you can proceed.
