I want to get disown legally. my questions?

HI.

I am the son and I adviced my father to disown me as my wife is creating problem with the property and right to reside (She is staying with her parents place  and not on talking terms).

Now I am living in a property where my mom and dad have joint holdership of the flat. 

Is it enough that my dad only disown me OR my mother has also follow the procedure to disown me?
