The family partiton suit was filed in city civil court 1.5 year ago by my sister.Its between me,my brother, mother and 2 sisters and i have applied for IA requesting rental deposit to court as it is exclusively taken by my mother and my sisters and they are not willing to share with me at all.The IA argument date is getting pushed without any reason..Its been 9 months since IA is applied and still no action on it...Now the next hearing date is postponed for 4 months..I want to know how can i speeden up the process..Can i approach High court? How much tentative time high court would take for processing IA and giving intrim relief..
